Mobile homepage intro · revision control
A frame-accurate board for deciding what stays, what moves and what is replaced before Alexander spends time on another edit.
Compare the working cut with the Fabien Baron reference.
THE DECISION
David already likes the film’s direction. The efficient move is to preserve its spine, replace four weak modules, approve the content and order, and only then ask Alexander for one consolidated timed rough cut.
DIRECT CLIENT RECORD
This list is derived from the supplied call transcript. Editorial cautions elsewhere on the board are labelled separately.

APPROVAL CONTROL
Autosave ready
Do not send a new animation brief to Alexander until content and sequence are approved.
RECOMMENDED CUT
David likes the film overall. The new board therefore keeps its structure and concentrates on the four modules raised in the call: the early person, David’s own presence, the famous-artwork lineup and the person photographing the work.
EDITABLE SEQUENCE
Drag the numbered tabs or use the arrows. “Replace” opens the rediscovered source library. Every change is saved to the shared board and remains available across computers.
ONE CONSOLIDATED HANDOFF
Walk David through the board, record his exact content decisions, and lock the sequence. Approval of this document is not approval of final timing.
Build only the approved press or book graphic modules. Use large, verified assets that remain readable on a phone.
Receive one exported brief after content lock. Make one timed rough cut, then adjust motion and music from that approved structure.
Approve the content/order first, then separately approve the timed rough cut before launch. This makes him part of the process early, not upset at the end.
